تلویزیون دولتی مصر اعلام کرده که حال جسمی آقای مبارک پس از انتقال به زندان طره، بسیار بد شده است.

گزارش‌ها حاکی از آن است که در حین این انتقال آقای مبارک گریه کرده و در برابر خروج از هلیکوپتر، مقاومت کرده است.

دادستان دادگاه خواهان صدور حکم اعدام برای آقای مبارک شده بود.

آقای مبارک اولین رهبر سابق یک کشور عربی است که از آغاز اعتراضات موسوم به "بهارعربی" در دادگاه مورد محاکمه قرار گرفته است.

تلویزیون دولتی مصر گفته است که حسنی مبارک به بیمارستان زندان طره در نزدیکی قاهره منتقل شده است. وکلای آقای مبارک می‌گویند او وضعیت جسمانی مناسبی ندارد.

در این زندان مقامات سابق حکومت مبارک دوران حبس خود را به اتهام فساد می‌گذرانند.

حبیب العادلی، وزیر کشور پیشین مصر نیز به اتهام مشابهی به حبس ابد محکوم شد.

پس از آن که جمعیت متوجه شد مشاوران وزیر کشور پیشین مصر تبرئه شده‌اند، واکنش خشم‌آلودی نشان دادند

قضات دادگاه در عین حال جمال و علاء دو پسر حسنی مبارک را از اتهام فساد تبرئه کردند. این دو کماکان در بازداشت به سر خواهند برد.

دادستانی مصر گفته است که این دو به همراه هفت نفر دیگر به دلیل مداخله و دخل و تصرف در بازار بورس اوراق بهادار، محاکمه خواهند شد.

اخوان المسلمین، بزرگ‌ترین حزب مخالف در دوران زمامداری حسنی مبارک، با محکوم کردن این رای، خواهان تجدید محاکمه این افراد شده و گفته است دادستان عمومی،به وظیفه خود در جمع آوری اطلاعات و مدارک علیه این افراد عمل نکرده است.

در مقابل احمد شفیق، نخست وزیر دوران مبارک و یکی از دو کاندیدای ریاست جمهوری در دور دوم انتخابات گفته است که باید این رای را پذیرفت.

او گفته است که این رای باید درس تاریخی برای رهبران آینده مصر باشد.

گروهی از معترضان خواهان تجمع مردم در میدان تحریر شده و ساعت پنج بعد از ظهر به وقت محلی را زمان این تجمع اعلام کرده‌اند.
