به گزارش خبرگزاری دانشجویان ایران، ایسنا، علامحسین نوحی، مدیرکل گمرک فرودگاه امام خمینی در این باره گفت: "این تابلو به دلیل بدهی وزارت ارشاد در گمرک توقیف شده و مانده است".

به گفته این مقام مسئول، تا زمانی که وزارت ارشاد بدهی خود را به گمرک پرداخت نکند این تابلو در گمرک خواهد ماند.

این در حالیست که علی اصغر امیرنیا، سرپرست مرکز هنرهای تجسمی ایران در گفتگو با خبرگزاری فارس این خبر را تکذیب کرد و گفت که علت توقف این تابلو در گمرک این است که به طور معمول ترخیص آثار گرانبها از گمرک، طول می کشد. او به خبرگزاری فارس گفته که این موضوع در حال پی گیری است.

آقای امیرنیا به خبرگزاری فارس گفت که "پیش از این، همه کارهای گمرکی آثار هنری به صورت دستی انجام می‌شد اما مدتی است که این امور به صورت هوشمند و اتوماسیون انجام می‌شود و سیستم هوشمند هم که متوجه ارزش و حساسیت ویژه این اثر نیست که زودتر این اثر را به ما تحویل دهد، به همین دلیل اکنون با چنین مشکلی مواجه شده‌ایم."

این تابلو برای نمایش در یکی از نمایشگاه‌های تخصصی ژاپن به این کشور فرستاده شده بود، اما در بازگشت در روز ۲۲ اردیبهشت ماه در گمرک ایران متوقف شد.

سرپرست مرکر هنرهای تجسمی همچنین گفت: "حساسیت ما این بود که با توجه به ارزش بسیار بالای این اثر، زودتر آن را ترخیص کنند تا بنا بر عدم آگاهی مسئولان گمرک دچار خسارت و آسیب‌دیدگی نشود. اما چون سیر اداری ترخیص این اثر طول کشیده است، این سوءتفاهم پیش آمده است."

احسان الله عباسی مخشری، مدیر گنجینه موزه هنرهای معاصر نیز در این باره به ایرنا گفت: "شرایط آب و هوایی فرودگاه امام به نحوی است که شب ها دمای هوا به شدت پایین می آید و روزها به دلیل بیابانی بودن گرم می شود که در چنین شرایطی نگهداری این تابلو به صلاح نیست."

در همین حال به گزارش ایسنا، آقای نوحی مدیرکل گمرک فرودگاه امام خمینی در پاسخ به عده ای که گفته اند نگران شرایط نگهداری این تابلو در گمرک هستند گفته است که "وزارت ارشاد اگر خیلی نگران است، چرا بدهی خود را به ما پرداخت نمی‌کند؟"

آقای نوحی میزان این بدهی را ذکر نکرد، اما گفت که این بدهی "به راحتی" قابل پرداخت است و نمی داند که ارشاد چرا آن را پرداخت نمی کند.

موزه هنرهای معاصر تهران هم اعلام کرده است: "معاونت امور هنری وزارت فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی از زمان برگشت تابلوی جکسون پولاک به صورت مستمر در حال پیگیری موضوع است و این تابلو بزودی پس انجام مراحل گمرکی به گنجینه موزه باز گردانده می‌شود. همچنین دو تابلوی دیگر گنجینه موزه که همین مشکل را داشته به محض ورود به ایران و پس از انجام امور گمرکی بلافاصله ترخیص و به موزه برگردانده شد."

رضایی ادامه داد: مشكلی كه در منطقه با آن مواجه هستیم ضعف دولتمردان كشورهای مختلف است كه در این بازی خطرناك وارد می شوند و كل امنیت منطقه را با چالش مواجه می كنند كه من اینها را نقشه صهیونیست‌ها می‌ دانم و معتقدم اتفاقاتی كه در آذربایجان افتاده است، خطرناك است و بهتر است از این راه برگردند و ادامه ندهند.

** تا زمان شهادتم حاضر نیستم صداو سیما در مورد زندگی من فیلمی بسازد

دبیرمجمع تشخیص مصلحت نظام در ادامه در پاسخ به سوال خبرنگار ایرنا در مورد ساخت فیلم زندگی اش توسط صدا و سیما در طول دوران دفاع مقدس گفت: تا زمان شهادتم حاضر نیستم صدا و سیما در مورد زندگی من فیلمی بسازد.

وی همچنین ضمن تشكر از صدا و سیما به خاطر ساخت فیلم ها و سریال های دوران دفاع مقدس افزود: هنوز ساخت فیلم و سریال ها از سرداران و رزمندگان دوران دفاع مقدس جای كار بسیاری دارد و باید برون سپاری بیشتری در صدا و سیما صورت بگیرد.

رضایی اظهارداشت: كارگردانان بسیار خوبی در كشور ما هستند كه می ‌توانند به صدا و سیما برای ساخت فیلم از زندگی فرماندهان و سرداران دوران دفاع مقدس كمك كنند؛ به طریقی باید آن‌ها را هم نقش داد.

وی ادامه داد: كارهایی خوبی در زمینه ساخت فیلم و سریال توسط صدا و سیما صورت می گیرد و باید كاری كرد كه نمونه های فاخر در این زمینه گسترش بیشتری پیدا كند البته برخی از فیلم ها و سریال ها هم در حد بین المللی می تواند باشد اما باید تعداد این فیلم ها و سریال ها را زیاد كنیم.

** مخالف هرگونه منازعه در شرایط فعلی كشور هستم

دبیرمجمع تشخیص مصلحت نظام همچنین در واكنش به اتهامات وارد شده از سوی علی مطهری نسبت به سپاه مبنی بر دخالت در انتخابات اخیر مجلس شورای اسلامی گفت: من مخالف هر نوع منازعه در شرایط فعلی هستم زیرا در شرابط فعلی نیاز به آرامش داریم و همه باید دست به دست هم دهند تا مرحله حساس مذاكرات را پشت سر بگذاریم.

وی اظهارداشت: برای حل مشكلات وقت به اندازه كافی وجود دارد كه اگر مشكلاتی است به آن رسیدگی كرد اما در شرایط فعلی مذاكرات از همه مهمتر است.

** استقلال آینده مجلس نهم از گذشته بیشتر خواهد بود

رضایی همچنین در پاسخ به این سوال كه در انتخابات مجلس اصلاح طلبان كمتری به مجلس راه پیدا كردند و نمی توانند فراكسیون تشكیل دهند فكر می كنید فضای مجلس به لحاظ تعدد فراكسیون چطور خواهد بود، افزود: به اعتقاد من مجلس نهم كارآمدتر از مجلس گذشته است زیرا تعداد متخصصین بیشتری وارد این مجلس شدند.

وی ادامه داد: همچنین 50 درصد مجلس نهم را نیروهای مستقل تشكیل می دهند و این جمعیت بیانگر این است كه استقلال آینده مجلس از گذشته بیشتر خواهد بود.

**هنوز تصمیمی برای شركت در انتخابات ریاست جمهوری نگرفته ام

دبیرمجمع تشخیص مصلحت نظام همچنین در پاسخ به این سوال كه آیا در انتخابات ریاست جمهوری كاندیدا می شوید یا خیر؟ گفت: هنوز برای كاندیداتوری در انتخابات ریاست جمهوری تصمیمی نگرفته ام.

رضایی در ادامه با اشاره به دستاوردهای آزادسازی خرمشهر گفت: آزادی خرمشهر در حقیقت نماد وحدت هم نیروهای مسلح و هم وحدت مردم و دولت و هم تاثیر ارزش های انقلابی و اسلامی در اقتدار امنیت ماست و اگر این پدیده و شرایط را ما بتوانیم در صحنه های دیگر زندگی تكرار كنیم هیچ مشكلی در زندگی و سیاست نخواهیم داشت.
